With 10x revenue growth and the trust of over $15B GMV across more than 1,000 customers, Stord deepens its investment in physical intelligence, launching Stord Labs to advance robotics and next-generation AI across the full commerce stack, so every independent brand can deliver consumer experiences that surpass Prime.
ATLANTA, GA — May 26, 2026 — Stord today announced a nearly $250 million Series F funding round at a $3 billion valuation, led by existing investors doubling down on the company’s accelerating growth and expanding market leadership. The round included Strike Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Franklin Templeton, Baillie Gifford, G Squared, Bond, and Lux, among others. The raise accelerates Stord's mission to give every independent brand the complete commerce stack to own their direct consumer relationships. Alongside the raise, Stord announced Stord Labs, its dedicated environment for advancing physical intelligence. Stord is building what independent commerce has always needed and never had: the physical intelligence layer.
"For years, every independent brand has been left to figure out on their own how to compete against the consumer experience Amazon has spent decades and hundreds of billions building. By every measure, independent brands have been losing. Stord exists to level that playing field. We give independent brands the complete commerce stack: the fulfillment network, software, and AI, to deliver a consumer experience that surpasses Prime. Our vertical integration and scaled network create compounding advantages that deliver better, faster, cheaper outcomes with every order we touch. As AI and physical intelligence advance across our platform, that advantage for our customers is rapidly accelerating.” — Sean Henry, Founder and CEO of Stord
Announcing Stord Labs
Stord Labs is a physical intelligence lab at Stord’s Atlanta headquarters where the company develops and validates agentic AI, robotics, and advanced automation against real orders on the same live operating system powering Stord's production network, before deploying proven innovations across nearly 100 facilities immediately, with no re-integration. The next generation of physical intelligence cannot be built in simulation or vendor demos. It requires real operational complexity, and Stord Labs is where that work gets done.

The connection between physical infrastructure, vertically integrated technology, and a massive and growing dataset creates a critical and compounding advantage. Stord’s ability to train models on live fulfillment data, across nearly 100 facilities, $15 billion in annual GMV, 8 billion data points per year, and packages reaching close to one in four U.S. households, means that every order processed makes the network smarter, faster, and cheaper to operate. Stord Labs is where that flywheel accelerates.
The Battleground for Independent Commerce
Amazon’s dominance, controlling more than one-third of U.S. online commerce, was built not on a superior storefront or payment system, but on Prime: the promise of fast, reliable, trackable delivery that permanently reset consumer expectations. Every consumer who has experienced Prime delivery now carries that expectation to every other checkout, on every other website, for every other brand. And as Amazon's relationship with both consumers and the brands it hosts grows increasingly fraught, the opportunity for independent commerce has never been greater.
The most consequential layer of commerce, what happens after checkout, has been left to every brand to figure out on its own.
The math is unforgiving. When a brand wins a customer directly, they capture the full margin, the full data, and the full relationship: the ability to cross-sell, upsell, build subscriptions, and re-engage with precision. The moment a platform controls the customer, margin compresses, data disappears, and the brand becomes a commodity.
When Imran Jawaid partnered with champion fighter Sean O’Malley to launch doingwell, a performance nutrition and hydration brand, they understood this instinctively. To win, they needed Prime-level consumer experiences on their own terms, and an intelligence layer that helped them personalize each order to create the perfect consumer experience, not just move boxes.
“I’ve run over $50 million in product sales through Amazon FBA and watched three small 3PLs go dark on us with no warning. When we asked Stord to dekit a SKU so we could run a product test — something completely untestable inside Amazon’s system — they did it. The data drove some of the most important product decisions doingwell has made to date. Amazon makes you feel like a SKU. Stord makes us feel like a brand.” — Imran Jawaid, doingwell
Physical Intelligence Proven at Scale
Stord’s revenue has grown more than 10x over the past four years. The company powers over $15 billion in GMV annually, with its packages touching nearly one in four U.S. households every year.

That growth has a clear inflection point: 2023, roughly six months after the launch of ChatGPT. Stord’s vertical integration, owning the fulfillment network, the software platform, and the data layer simultaneously, positioned the company to move faster on AI than the broader industry. The results are evident across the business. The team ships products faster. Customers answer operational questions in natural language rather than running reports. The network is getting faster and cheaper per order. And the advantage that Stord provides brands is only accelerating.

The company’s software business is growing faster than its overall business, having tripled in 2025. Software bookings more than doubled quarter over quarter in Q1 2026, driven by Stord’s Consumer Experience suite, Resolve, Protect, Unbox, Renew, and Engage, and an expanded AI suite including Chat, Search, and Feed.
Customers are noticing. As True Classic scaled from a DTC brand into a true omnichannel business, launching in Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, and its own retail stores, Stord provided the integrated commerce backbone that made it possible, across both physical operations and AI.
“As True Classic scaled from a DTC brand into a true omnichannel business, Stord has been the fulfillment partner that made it possible. Their ability to manage complex kitting, multi-retailer compliance, and high-velocity D2C shipping from a single network gave us the operational backbone to grow without compromise. Meanwhile, we’ve become a top user of their AI features, which has accelerated our business insights and enabled our organization to move faster than ever.” — Josh Bultz, COO at True Classic
Stord’s win rate has grown alongside its product velocity. And continues to break away.

The company operates nearly 100 fulfillment locations worldwide, approximately 20 Stord-operated sites and 80 partner sites, all running the same Stord operating system. More than 1,000 brands, including AG1, True Classic, Goodr, Jolie, Native, Fatty15, and LMNT, have chosen Stord to power their direct consumer relationships. Stord has completed 8 acquisitions, each exceeding its targets, and today its network includes more than 4,000 people, with over 200 dedicated to software engineering, product, data science, and physical infrastructure.

Investor Perspectives
"Commerce infrastructure gets built once. From our earliest conversations with Sean Henry, it was clear Stord was assembling something rare: software, physical infrastructure, and AI combined in a way that turns fulfillment into a competitive advantage rather than a cost center. We believe the rise of agentic purchasing will increasingly favor platforms where software and physical operations are deeply integrated. Stord is building that infrastructure. That is why Strike is proud to deepen our partnership in this round." - John Lagomarsino Strike Capital
“Modern commerce has created enormous operational complexity for brands,” said Ilya Fushman, partner at Kleiner Perkins and Stord investor. “The next defining infrastructure layer has to connect the physical network, the software, and the intelligence layer behind every consumer experience. That’s what makes Stord so compelling. The company combines scaled fulfillment infrastructure, purpose-built software, and AI trained by the patterns of millions of deliveries. We believed in that vision when Kleiner Perkins first backed Stord in 2019, and our conviction has only grown as Stord turns fulfillment into a source of speed, clarity, and customer trust.”
Customer Perspectives
"We built ALOHA to be a brand people trust, and that trust lives or dies in the moments after checkout. Stord gave us something we didn't think was possible: the ability to deliver a Prime-caliber experience to our direct customers while protecting the Amazon relationship at the same time. Before Stord, we were catching problems after they cost us. Now with Stord AI, we catch them before they happen- and our DTC customers are getting something Amazon can't offer: a brand experience, not just a box." — Steven Gmelin VP Digital Sales & Strategy Aloha
"What sets Stord apart is the combination of network scale and technology that's honestly years ahead of what most fulfillment partners offer. During a period where supply chain disruptions have become the norm, that infrastructure has given Monos a level of operational certainty we can actually build around. StordAI has made that even more tangible — our team has real-time answers to questions that used to require back-and-forth with ops. Their communication matches the platform: responsive, transparent, and always in the spirit of partnership." - Victor Tam CEO and Co-founder Monos
"As Jolie has scaled, Stord has been an integral partner in helping us deliver and maintain a premium customer experience while growing our volume so quickly. Their platform and team have allowed us to scale fulfillment across both direct and wholesale channels, improve reliability, and create a much stronger post-purchase experience for our customers. StordAI has added another layer — our team can get answers about inventory and order status instantly, which means we spend less time managing operations and more time building the brand. Stord has allowed the Jolie team to focus on what matters." - Arjan Singh Jolie | Co-founder
“StordAI Chat is a CEO’s dream. I can quickly answer any question like ‘how much inventory do I have on my inbound?’ or ‘how many weeks on hand do we have in this queue?’ without running a single report. StordAI Chat is answering questions people don’t even know they have. It’s really powerful.” — Nick Stachel, Head of Operations, Climatic Health
