Sean Henry

Co-founder and CEO

Sean is the co-founder and CEO of Stord. Having experienced the fragmentation and disconnected technology of the third-party logistics (3PL) industry first-hand, when both running e-commerce businesses and working in supply chain optimization at an automotive manufacturer in Germany, Sean founded Stord in 2015 with Jacob Boudreau to make supply chains a competitive advantage for brands of all sizes. Sean attended Georgia Tech prior to founding Stord, and has since been recognized as a Thiel Fellow, in the 2019 Forbes’ 30 under 30 list, and in 2021 by Forbes as the youngest CEO of a $1B+ company.

Jacob Boudreau

Co-founder and CTO

As co-founder and CTO, Jacob founded Stord with Sean to make supply chains a competitive advantage for all brands. Jacob has been recognized in Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and as a Kairos K50 Founder as one of the Top 50 founders of 2017. He was also a member of the 2016 cohort of the Dynamo Accelerator Fund, and attended Arizona State University prior to founding Stord.

Tom Barone

President and CCO

Tom leads Stord’s commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and account management. He brings a wealth of experience to Stord, with more than 20 years in the e-commerce industry focused on technology and supply chain—including senior executive roles at CommerceHub, Radial (fka eBay Enterprise and GSI Commerce), and more. Most recently, Tom was instrumental in scaling CommerceHub through its investment by Insight Partners at a $1.9 billion valuation. Tom holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Steve Swan

COO

Steve leads Stord’s complete physical operations from port to porch, design to execution, including our first-party fulfillment and innovations centers, our third-party partner facility network, transportation, and more. He lives and breathes logistics with more than a decade spent leading fulfillment and transportation programs at Amazon and Grainger, and a decade more in engineering management. Steve holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Mark Satisky

CFO

Mark manages the financial planning and analysis, legal, accounting, strategy, M&A, and business operations functions. Previously, he was EVP, Strategy & Acquisitions at OSG, a private equity-backed leader in customer communications, and Vice President & GM at NCR in Atlanta, running the Supply Chain Software business unit. Mark was named an Atlanta 40 Under 40 recipient by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Mark earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.

Austin Pauls

VP of Finance

Austin manages the finance and accounting team at Stord. Prior to Stord, he was a senior financial leader at WeWork and Borderfree, which was acquired by Pitney Bowes. Earlier in his career he worked as an equity research analyst at RBC Capital Markets, and in accounting and advisory roles with KPMG. Austin graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mario Paganini

VP of Marketing

Mario leads marketing at Stord, overseeing demand generation, product marketing, content, communications, and brand design. His team is leading the charge to establish and solidify Cloud Supply Chain as a category in the market. Prior to Stord, he built and managed marketing teams at Shippo, leading it to unicorn status, and Disqus, seeing it through its acquisition by Zeta Global. Mario is also the first and only person with a *confirmed* Stord tattoo, likes running up and down mountains, and is an aspiring potato lobbyist. Mario earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Bradley Weill

VP of Product

Bradley oversees Stord’s product team, responsible for building world-class software and technology for scaling brands. Bradley has extensive product leadership experience at Rent the Runway, a high-growth e-commerce platform, and building supply chain solutions for Walmart eCommerce and Apple. Bradley earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Sara Feulner

VP of People

Sara manages the people functions at Stord, including business partnerships, people enablement, total rewards, and talent acquisition. Prior to Stord, Sara was Chief People Officer at Bumble. Sara completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and received her master’s degree in teaching and bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Trinity College.

Shyam Sundar

VP of Engineering

Shyam leads Stord’s engineering and data science. Shyam has a solid track record of building innovative software products and has helped scale technology organizations through hyper growth, in organizations like Zendesk and Amazon. Shyam holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Dan Klenkar

VP of Sales

Dan leverages his 20+ years of supply chain and logistics sales experience to ensure Stord customers reap the benefits of Stord’s port-to-porch logistics, paired with Stord One Commerce software. Dan was most recently with Nimble Robotics as Head of Robotic Sales. Prior to that, Dan spent 10 years at Radial where he led the team to a significant increase in annual revenue.

Douglas King

VP of Transportation

Doug leads the development and commercialization of Stord’s full suite of transportation services including drayage, truckload (FTL), less than truckload (LTL), and Stord Parcel. Having spent more than 15 years at QVC, Doug helped build one of the largest home delivery networks in the United States from the ground up. More recently, he led transportation at Ferguson Enterprises, the nation’s largest distributor of residential and commercial construction products, focusing on FTL, LTL, and parcel. Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Hiram College.
