All Customer Service Agreements of Stord, Inc. and its Affiliates (collectively "Stord") are governed by the Stord Terms and Conditions, which cover Warehouse Services, Parcel Services, Freight Services, and Software Services in a single comprehensive document, the Consolidated Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply unless the parties have agreed to different terms in a signed written agreement.
