- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld RF scanners
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory checks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while working as part of a team
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trailers and move product throughout the facility
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures
- Build and package product kits by organizing and placing items into boxes according to order requirements
- Check for accuracy, quality, and presentation of each kit
- Work in a clean, team-focused environment with no heavy lifting or tools required
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve bin or order issues
- Maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems
- Support quality control processes and ensure inventory accuracy standards are met
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team productivity
- Promote safety, quality, and efficiency by coaching associates and leading by example
