Stord utilizes a new online appointment scheduling system called Opendock! Your Carriers will now be able to schedule appointments for all of our Stord warehouses and many others at https://carrier.opendock.com/app/login.
All Stord warehouses listed below require pickup and delivery appointments. Carriers who do not schedule appointments at our locations are subject to refusal. Please forward this announcement to your brokers, carriers, and anyone who may be scheduling appointments at these locations on your behalf. All inbound orders require appts. LTL pickups must be confirmed via email at each location.

Using OpenDock is easy, you can schedule in less than 5 minutes by following these steps: Go to https://carrier.opendock.com/app/registerClick “Register for FREE” Enter your name and e-mail and create a password Click the “Find Warehouse” button and search for any of our warehouse locations (Entering the address will expedite your search)

Click the Schedule button next to the correct location. After clicking the schedule button, you will be required to provide the below information. Information required for making appointments:

LTL - Inbound/outbound
Stord Freight FTL and LTL (Any Load Type with Stord in the name must have written approval to use)

Quantity picking up or delivering (For floor-loaded shipments, please specify the piece count. For palletized shipments, provide the pallet count.)
After selecting your Load Type and choosing your desired date and appointment time, fill in any other details and finalize the appointment. An appointment will be scheduled with the warehouse and you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary appointment details.

Visibility to all scheduled appointments across different companies and warehouse locations through a single view on the My Appointments page.
If you are a large carrier or brokerage booking hundreds or thousands of appointments per month with Opendock we also offer API integration. This would allow your company to integrate Opendock into their TMS and schedule appointments directly without ever needing to leave your TMS.
