Sean Henry

Co-founder & CEO

Sean is the co-founder and CEO of Stord, The Consumer Experience Company. Having experienced the antiquated and disconnected systems of fulfillment and consumer experience first-hand, when both running e-commerce businesses and working at an automotive manufacturer in Germany, Sean founded Stord in 2015 with Jacob Boudreau. Stord levels the playing field for brands of all sizes empowering them with the commerce enablement tools and AI solutions needed to provide a world-class consumer experience at scale. Sean attended Georgia Tech prior to founding Stord, and has since been recognized as a Thiel Fellow, in the 2019 Forbes’ 30 under 30 list, and in 2021 by Forbes as the youngest CEO of a $1B+ company.

Jacob Boudreau

Co-founder & CTO

Jacob Boudreau is the co-founder and CTO of Stord, The Consumer Experience Company. Jacob co-founded Stord alongside Sean Henry, bringing the technical vision and engineering leadership to drive Stord’s growth into a $3B+ commerce platform processing $15B+ in annual commerce. As CTO, Jacob leads Stord’s Commerce product stack, which encompasses pre- and post-purchase capabilities for brands to drive new revenue and increase conversion, AOV, and customer retention. These products extend Stord’s comprehensive product suite of market-leading products like StordAI, Stord Order Management System, and Stord Warehouse Management System. Stord has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for five consecutive years and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 three times under his technical leadership.

Steve Swan

President & COO

Steve Swan is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of the company’s vision and operating strategy. His scope spans operations, transportation, R&D, go-to-market, finance, people operations, and other core business functions. He has played a central role in building the operational foundation behind Stord’s rapid growth. Prior to Stord, Steve spent more than a decade at Amazon and Grainger helping scale large fulfillment and transportation networks. He holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Paola Jacobs

VP of People

As a relentless culture champion, Paola leads all things people — from finding top talent and enabling each person’s growth and development, to engaging, retaining, and rewarding the OneStord Team as the company continues disrupting the industry. Paola holds a BA in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Craig Stewart

SVP of Product & Engineering

Craig Stewart is a self-taught technology leader with 20+ years of experience, including more than a decade in supply chain and logistics technology. As SVP of Product and Engineering at Stord, Craig built the current R&D organization, expanded the platform into pre- and post-purchase commerce, and launched Stord’s AI suite. He is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

Hoss Mortezaie

VP of Sales

Hoss is an experienced VP of Sales with a demonstrated history in the logistics and supply chain industry. He has previously held leadership roles at Shipwire, CEVA Logistics, and Ingram Micro. Hoss has a tenured background working with leading brands and retailers while developing technology-enabled fulfillment solutions in the e-commerce and B2B space across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America.

Alicia Hale is a seasoned B2B technology marketer and two-time CMO with a track record of building pipeline, scaling brands, and driving growth across enterprise tech. At Stord, she leads the global marketing organization with a focus on demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to Stord, Alicia held senior leadership roles at Demandbase, Appen, Tempo Software, and UiPath, bringing deep expertise across the full spectrum of B2B growth.

Brad Obert

VP, Transportation

Brad Obert is Vice President of Transportation at Stord, where he leads carrier strategy, delivery network design, and transportation solutions for the company’s e-commerce fulfillment business. He has spent his career building delivery networks across multiple companies, including nearly a decade at Amazon and most recently as Senior Director of Specialty Transportation at Chewy.

Edgard Barahona

VP, Implementation Engineering & Customer Experience

As Vice President of Implementation Engineering and Customer Experience, Edgard Barahona leads Stord’s technical and operational implementation teams, customer experience organization, and M&A integration efforts. He brings extensive experience across manufacturing, e-commerce, and technology, with a focus on scaling operations and delivering seamless customer outcomes. Prior to Stord, Edgard held leadership roles within Target’s Supply Chain organization, where he led process engineering, technical transformation, and e-commerce initiatives. He is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence through disciplined execution and technology-driven solutions.

Jed McIntosh

VP, Legal

Jed McIntosh is the VP of Legal at Stord, where he leads the company’s legal function (and was the first legal hire). Prior to Stord, he gained experience in e-commerce logistics at Costco. A licensed attorney, Jed holds a B.S. from SUNY Fredonia and a dual JD/MBA from Michigan State University.

Andrew Thiesing is Vice President of M&A Operations at Stord, where he and his team ensure acquired organizations smoothly transition into Stord while continuing to service their customers. Maciel Taylor is VP of Global Operations at Stord, where he leads all fulfillment operations across the platform, owning network performance and warehouse execution at scale. He brings 15+ years of operations leadership from Amazon, Qurate Retail Group, and Zulily, rooted in an automotive manufacturing background where he developed a lean mindset he’s applied across his fulfillment career, driving cost transformation, inventory governance, and leadership bench strength that fuels internal growth.

Nate Taylor

VP of Finance

Nathan Taylor is Vice President of Finance at Stord, where he leads financial reporting, strategic and operational planning, and investor and external relations. He brings more than 20 years of finance and FP&A experience across high-growth and enterprise organizations, including leadership roles at NCR Corporation, IBM and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Taylor holds a degree in Finance and Economics from Penn State University.
