Bow Wow Labs Partners With Stord to Unleash Continued Omnichannel Growth

Facing unprecedented growth from new sales channels, Bow Wow Labs selects Stord to support its scale and deliver an exceptional customer experience via its nationwide B2B and DTC order fulfillment.

With Target added to Bow Wow Labs’ growing list of retail partners—including Amazon,,, and more—the pet brand sought a provider that could help it continue to accelerate through reliable and scalable omnichannel fulfillment. 

Stord now powers nationwide DTC and B2B fulfillment for Bow Wow Labs, with the brand leveraging Stord’s high volume fulfillment and logistics services; advanced last-mile solution, Stord Parcel; and order management software (OMS), Stord One Commerce

Stord One Commerce connects and centralizes all of Bow Wow Labs’ sales channels and orders in one place, orchestrates and manages all inventory and shipments, and automatically optimizes each order and individual parcel decision. In addition, Stord Parcel provides Bow Wow Labs with a diverse array of carriers to give Bow Wow Labs access to a wide range of cost-effective and timely service levels to meet its consumers’ needs. 

Bow Wow Labs also employs two Stord One Commerce add-ons: Last-Mile Optimization, to improve the customer experience and save on parcel spend while meeting delivery expectations, and Multichannel Inventory, to manage inventory and orders from all of its sales channels in one platform. With these add-ons, Bow Wow Labs can:
