Meet Cargill, Digital Marketer at Stord. 

What did you do before Stord?

Before joining Stord I was a Digital Marketing Consultant. My main responsibilities included strategy development, advertising education and implementation, and automation development. 

Why did you choose Stord?

I was drawn to Stord’s growth. I love working in high energy environments and all the challenges and solutions that come with a fast-growing business. 

What do you do at Stord?

I implement our advertising, automation, and email marketing strategies, and provide strategic direction for social media posts. 

What do you like most about your job? 

I enjoy interacting with our audience and developing new ways to increase personalization within our marketing efforts to become even more customer-obsessed. 

How has Stord changed since you joined? 

We’ve grown a ton, and the processes are getting more and more streamlined. 

What excites you most about the year ahead?

The number of new hires that will be joining our team, and the new processes that we’ll be implementing. We’ll be able to become significantly more efficient and effective. 

What departments do you collaborate with? What is that like? 

The marketing team collaborates primarily with the sales and product teams. It’s a fantastic relationship that directly affects the growth of the business.

What cross-functional projects have you been involved in?

I’ve worked on customer surveys with the product and customer success teams, advertising for Stord’s open roles on social media with the recruiting team, and warehouse onboarding welcome flows with the supply chain team. 

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I like to play Dungeons & Dragons, watch UK mystery TV shows, and read novels.
