Cruise Line Employees To Be Paid With STORD Solutions MasterCard Debit Card

STORD Systems President Kenneth E. Murphy has announced an accord to provide the STORD Solutions  MasterCard payroll debit card to cruise line employees throughout the world. The payroll debit card program will  initially be launched with cruise line employees based in the Port of Miami and will shortly be extended to  Vancouver, Seattle, New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Juan, and Cozumel among multiple locations throughout North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

Most cruise line employees are currently paid in cash and incur expensive money transfer costs in sending money to their families back home. The new STORD program will allow employees to deposit their paycheck to a MasterCard debit card and will enable the employee to send money to their families, 24/7 anywhere in the world, via a card to card transfer. 

The result for the cruise line employee is enhanced security from the reduced reliance on cash, lower costs to get money to their families and greater convenience from the functionality provided by the MasterCard debit card.
